NUS and NTU gain positions in global university survey


Both NUS and NTU gains 2 positions to 22nd and 39th respectively in this year’s GS World University Rankings.  NUS continues to be the top university in Asia, putting more distance between itself and the University of Hong Kong, which slipped 2 positions to 28. The rankings, regarded as the most rigorous of its type, ranked Massachusetts Institute of Technology as first, with UK universities Imperial and Cambridge as second equal.  Harvard, last year’s runner-up, dropped from second to fourth overall.
